Health is referred to be most noticed in a well-being. In the state of physical , mental , social , spiritual , financial etc .

1. PHYSICAL HEALTH :-
Physical health gives reference to wellness of a being to be physically active and body functioning .
Your physical health depends upon healthy eating , blood circulation , exercise , nourishment , meditation , sleep hygiene and many more .
How ever to maintain your physical health one should follow these rules :-
* Give enough sleep .
* Keep yourself hydrated , drink water as much as you can .
* Avoid intoxications like alcohol , drugs amd smoking .
* Give Nourishment to yourself by doing skin care , exercise & yoga .
* Have occasional treats .
* Keep your environment dust free .
* Try taking a probiotic course .
* Let your body to intake fresh air every morning walk on the fresh early morning green grass .
* Meditate to get relief from every other stress .
* Try practising things which make you feel free.
ADVANTAGES OF MAINTAINING PHYSICAL HEALTH :-
* Reduces the risk of Heart diseases.
* It helps Maintaining your weight.
* Balance your blood circulation & cholestrol level.
* Helps in strengthening the bones , muscles & joints .
* It also helps you to quit smoking & alcohol consumption.
* Sharpen your skills like Thinking , Learning & Understanding things in a better way .
* Keeps your blood pressure in control.
* Improves your body stiffness.
* Improves your quality of sleep .

2. MENTAL HEALTH :-
Mental health as per defined by ' WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION ' refers to
"a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community".
But in normal words it can also be knows as
A capability of a humam being to face their obstacles in life. If we see it from a weak persons point of view then mental health is just like some crushed ripen fruit for them. They just literally say their mental health is no more in a straight line they are out of their path , they got no explanation to life , . And on the other side if we take a look from the Courageous well being then that persons perspective is completely different and vise versa of all these things of a weakest person thoughts.
A strength to cope up things , a thought towards a ray of hope , a behaviour to an emotionally stressed person , person who have some kind of bipolar disease , schizophrenia , Anxiety & panic attacks , Depression problem .... And just what not.
These all things refers to mental health .

SOLUTIONS TO ALL THESE PROBLEMS :-
* Manage Stress in your life by talking to someone or doing something which makes you feel positive.
* Try yoga & Meditations it helps a lot in focusing on good things with a positive perspective in life .
* Do share your feelings and emotions to your close ones , if not you are a introvert then try engaging yourself into some work and listening to some good songs .
* Most importantly Value Yourself , trust yourself , trust your work , keep faith in yourself , try making yourself calm take some deep breaths and try working even harder .
* Treat yourself with kindness and respect , avoid self- criticism .
* set some realistic goals and focus on the destiny work for the process and keep your mind quiet .
* Break Your monotony , break some limits and try living free by your own .
* Stop these problems before they occur by re-assuring your mental health.
* Keep yourself away from people who pull you down.
* Maintain a good relationship with people who are concerned about you.
The main aim of saying all these things are you matter , you are important , your presence matters , you are love , you are adored , love yourself & let the society know you are worth living for .
Having Anxiety & Depression is a bit scary at a times but its just a phase it wont be ghosting you for the entire life try relaxing yourself & calm yourself down to face the problems.
You can literally go against cultural norms
Stop dieting & still care a lot about your physical and mental well- being . Infact you can live the way want although " It's a free living world ".
